Youth unemployment in Bosnia & Hercegovina was a staggering 63% in 2012. The country remains in a state of recovery following wars in the 1990s that have left social and economic shadows that can still be felt in present day. Young people are concerned about their future. Brain drain and loss of talented young people is a serious risk for the country.
